What methods of payment do you accept?

You can deposit funds into your account using VISA, MasterCard, Solo or Maestro. Golden Hat Bingo recommend the use of the Visa card wherever possible, as it is most widely accepted.

You can also deposit funds into your account using Ukash vouchers or cards, Paysafecard, Neteller and MoneyBookers.

How do I deposit funds into my account?

To deposit funds in to your account, select ‘Your Account’ and enter your password. Then click on ‘Deposit’ and enter the amount you wish to deposit and the 3 digit security code, which is the last 3 digits on your signature strip.

You are advised to click on the ‘print’ key on the confirmation page that appears once the deposit has gone through. Keep the printout as a receipt for your own records.

Your credit card will be charged by Golden Hat bingo. Your credit/debit card account will be debited immediately upon completion of the transaction. The transaction will appear on your statement as 'VF (Alderney) Ltd – Bingo'

Ukash Voucher/Card Deposits

Ukash vouchers have a unique 19-digit code which is used when spending online.

Golden Hat Bingo will only accept full redemption of Ukash vouchers

Ukash cards work in a similar way to pre-paid debit cards whereby a balance may be maintained on an account associated to the card. Each card has a unique 16 digit code associated to it which needs to be input together with a four digit PIN when making an online purchase. The Ukash card may be topped up with credit at any registered Pay Point. When making a purchase the card will be debited with the appropriate value.

If you want to break your voucher in order to deposit a lesser amount please go to www.ukash.com where you will be able to break your voucher into smaller amounts.

Paysafecard Deposits

Paysafecard is a prepaid debit card which allows you to make online purchases without using a credit or debit card.
In order to make a deposit, simply select PaysafeCard as the account type on the deposit screen and enter the amount you wish to deposit. You will then be redirected to the paysafecard website in order to enter your Pin number and complete the deposit.
Paysafecards can be purchased at any PayPoint outlet. Go to www.paysafecard.com.

Neteller Deposits

Neteller is an electronic wallet that accepts credit cards, bank deposits and electronic funds transfer.
In order to make a deposit, simply select Neteller as the account type on the deposit screen, enter the amount you wish to deposit, your Neteller account number and pin.

MoneyBookers Deposits

MoneyBookers is an electronic wallet which enables anyone with an email address to securely and cost-effectively send and receive payments online – in real-time.
In order to make a deposit, simply select MoneyBookers as the account type on the deposit screen, enter the amount you wish to deposit and the e-mail address you used to set up your MoneyBookers account. You will then be redirected to the MoneyBookers website in order to enter your password and complete the deposit.

What is the minimum and maximum I can deposit?

The minimum deposit is £10.00 and the maximum deposit that you can make is £1000. You can make a maximum of 5 deposit transactions in any given 24-hour period. (e.g. 5 x £1000 deposits).
You can also request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in order to regulate your gaming by sending a written request by e-mail to support@GoldenHatBingo.com

Withdrawals Online

Withdrawing funds from your account has never been easier.

1. Click on ‘Your Account’

2. Click on ‘Withdraw’ and you will be presented with the available withdrawal methods which are, to some extent, dictated by your deposit method – see below

3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, then hit ‘Submit’.
Please note:

• Automated withdrawal conditions will apply to the first deposit bonus. You will be able to withdraw funds from your cash balance (deposits and winnings) at all times, however, you will forfeit your bingo bonus funds if you have not met the associated wager requirements specified in the terms and condition on your first deposit.

• The withdrawal screen in the My Account section will tell you how much you have currently wagered and the required total

• If you attempt to raise a withdrawal and have not fulfilled the wager requirement for bonuses applied to your account, a message will warn you that you are about to forfeit any bonus funds. If you click ‘Ok’ then bingo bonus funds will be removed from your account. To return to the withdrawal screen, click ‘Cancel’

• All bonus offers are subject to change, withdrawal or termination at any time.

Available Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawal methods available to you are, to some extent, determined by your deposit methods. Payment back to depositing card rules will apply where possible. For regulatory reasons, we are obliged to credit the same amount deposited from a given card back to that card where possible.

We offer withdrawal services to the following card types:
1. Visa Credit Cards
2. Visa Debit Cards
3. Solo
4. Maestro (UK only)

This can only be overridden by a Customer Services agent and only in the case of a card being lost, stolen or expired and reissued with a different number. In this case, ID verification and proof that the card or account being withdrawn to is registered to the registered player would be required. Alternatively, a crossed cheque could be made out to the player, ‘Account Payee only’ and sent to the player’s registered address.
After the amount deposited has been withdrawn to the relevant card it is possible to withdraw funds to any of the following methods:

1. Credit/Debit Card
2. Bank Account
3. Cheque

What is the minimum and maximum I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you are able to withdraw is £10.00, and the maximum is £10,000. You can withdraw a maximum of 5 times in every 24 hour period

If you wish to withdraw less than the minimum amount or more than the maximum amount please contact Customer Services to arrange the withdrawal.

How long will it take for my winnings to reach me?

If you choose to withdraw your winnings via BACS, please allow up to 3 working days to reach your account. For cheque payments, please allow between 3 -5 working days.
Payment back to card withdrawals are generally processed within 3 – 5 working days if your card is issued by one of the following banks: Barclays, HSBC, Natwest, Lloyds or RBS. If your card is not issued by one of these banks your withdrawal may take up to 12 working days. This is dictated by your card issuer.

What identification will I need to provide in order to withdrawal?

If a withdrawal request is made for more than £200 or over time you withdraw more than £200, then the following information will need to be emailed to the customer support team (a) Photocopy passport or drivers license (b) Photocopy of both sides of the card registered. For your added security please black out your CVV number on the documentation you send to us. (c) Photocopy of a bank statement that shows your name and address

ID Verification

We require ID verification in the following circumstances:
Manually, if we identify risk on your account
If you have raised a cumulative withdrawal amount of £200, and have not previously supplied ID documents
If a Card is blocked
If a new Card is added or existing card details are edited
If Key account details change on your account
If Address details change

Card Payments

To change any of your card details, you will be required to have £10.00 or less in your account and have no outstanding card transactions.

Go to ‘Your Account’ and click on the ‘Card Maintenance’ button.

Please note:
1. You may only have one Active card on your account at any one time
2. You may only edit the Active card on your account if there are currently no outstanding or complete transactions registered on the card
3. To reactivate a card, please click the radio button to select an inactive card and click the Update button to save your changes
4. You may only add or change cards on your account if your balance is less than or equal to £10.00 and you have no outstanding card transactions.
5. You cannot change accounts more than 3 times in 24 hours
6. Customer Services are able to block cards in the event that a card is lost or stolen. Blocked cards are not available for use.

BACS details

In order to change your BACS details, please contact Customer Services.

You are advised to:
1. Print all receipts of transactions
These should be safely so that they can be easily retrieved later. This is purely for your own peace of mind. Golden Hat Bingo keeps a full transactional history of all financial transactions and all transactions are secure using the latest encryption technology.
Financial transactions will appear on your card statement as “VF (Alderney) Ltd – Bingo”
Financial transactions of Golden Hat Bingo will be conducted by our European Head Office, Virtue Fusion Limited.

- When you receive a bonus, it is credited to your bonus balance
- Any cash in your balance is used before funds in your bonus balance
- Funds in your bonus balance may only be used to purchase bingo tickets and may not be cashed out
- Winnings from tickets purchased with bingo bonus funds will be credited to your cash account
